Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is available to: Referring Partners (Categorised as Partner admin, Workspace Admin or Referring agents) in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia who submit referrals to Ten Ants through UtiliHub between 3 January 2023 and 31 March 2023.
   
2. A referral is sending Ten Ants contact information for a moving customer that has consented to be contacted by Ten Ants to organise their utility connections or other services.
3. A referral bonus of $10 per referral is only payable once 5 referrals have been received from the individual Referrer.
4. A $10 per referral bonus credit will be paid via Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid MasterCard® (Digital Mastercard), irrespective of the Referring Partners preferred payment method.
5. Baseline commission payments will continue to be paid through the preferred payment method.
6. The referral bonus amount attracts GST which is paid to the Referring Partner Business registered for GST.
7. The bonus will be calculated monthly and paid for the previous month’s referrals at the start of the month.
8. The bonus referral payment is separate to the converted sale commissions.
9. 9. Each time a Referring Partner provides a referral they will enter the $1000 Major prize draw. The Major prize draw is a game of chance.
10. The $1000 Major prize will be paid via Digital MasterCard, irrespective of the default preferred payment method.
11. The $1000 Major prize payment will be drawn on 7 April 2023 with the winner notified via email on the same day.
12. The $1000 Major prize payment will be sent to the winner by 30 April 2023.
13. The $10 bonus credit will only be paid once per each customer referral, even if the customer signs up to multiple services or at multiple residential premises.
14. There is no limit on the number of customers a Referral Partner can refer.
15. The Referral Partner must follow existing protocols for obtaining customer consent for referrals.
16. The Promotion ends on 31 March 2023.
17. Ten Ants may elect to extend the Promotion or may withdraw the Promotion for any reason and at any time.
18. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to change by Ten Ants at any time and without notice. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be updated on our website.
19. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Mastercard are not included. The Digital Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on Customers mobile device in their digital wallet.
